Japanese, Tokyo based Freelancer / Entrepreneur.

I share my passion of Wellness and Japanese Culture.

​Born and raised in Japan, I've had the experience of living abroad and working in international environments.

Through these experiences, I learned that to protect my own identity, it's essential to confront myself with a Zen mindset.

As I began to learn about traditional Japanese arts like kimono and the tea ceremony, I started feeling a profound sense of calm happiness, and these practices have now become an irreplaceable part of my life...

My goal is to inspire, empower and encourage positivity and confidence to people and this society.
